I paid $13.99 for the touchless car wash and I think it did a great job on my black SUV! My car looks clean and shiny again. I usually hand wash my car 1–2 times a month during the summer, but this is definitely a great option when I don’t feel like doing it myself. I would definitely recommend it especially if you want to avoid the brushes from a regular car wash that can potentially scratch your paint.

This may be good for some people, those that maybe wash every week and just want a quick wash to get one day of driving in the rain. However for my family and what I consider normal washing, it does not clean the cars hardly at all. I could still see fingerprints on my tailgate. Did nothing for the post winter green scum. Not worth the price, and I did the expensive wash. Didn't even take off big bulky visible road grime.

I’m done with Kirkland Premier Car Wash. Paying $21–$27 for a car wash should leave you with a clean car, but that has not been my experience. Every time I go through the wash, I come out with a car that is still dirty. Instead of driving away satisfied, I end up spending another 30 minutes parked next to the car wash cleaning the vehicle myself. For $21–$27 per wash, customers should not have to finish the job on their own. I gave this place multiple chances, hoping the quality would improve, but it never did. At this point, I’m giving up on this car wash and taking my business elsewhere. If you’re charging premium prices, you need to provide premium results. Kirkland Premier Car Wash needs to do much better.

I wouldn't call this a car wash so much as a car wetter. Paid for mid tier $16-17. I saw the bad reviews. I thought, it can't be that bad. It surpassed even my already low expectations. I've used similar touchless systems in other cities but this one did next to nothing.

I typically wash my cars by hand, but I've been busy so I gave this car wash a try. Is the car more clean then before the wash? Maybe? I'm actually not sure... It wasn't worth the time or money. If in a hurry, the same 10(?) minutes washing by hand would be so much more effective and more/less free vs $13.99. Not a value even in a rush. I have them 2 stars instead of 1 because at least it didn't mess up my car. It was truly touchless. Maybe that's why it was also ineffective? What's funny is it did lots of things. The different color suds, etc. looked like it is as really working, only when I was finished, the car still looked dirty. Not even easily reachable surfaces were clean. What a disappointment because I can't get that time and money back. I'll have to wash by hand again anyway if I actually want a clean car. Anyway, I hate to give bad reviews (you'll see most of mine are positive), but buyer beware! Don't waste your time and money!!!
